PRAY SAFE ACT

The just-introduced Colorado House Bill, HB22-1077, is our State version of a proposed national measure known as the Pray Safe Act. HB22-1077 creates the Colorado nonprofit security grant program to provide money to organizations that are at high risk of a terrorist attack. Grant recipients may use the money for physical security enhancements and other security-related activities.
